Law Clerk/Intern Applications
Judge Murphy will list open clerkship positions on OSCAR, and applications for clerkships should usually be submitted electronically through OSCAR when there is an open position. If there are special circumstances, applications may be sent electronically to Murphy_Chambers@paed.uscourts.gov at any time, along with a cover letter explaining the special circumstances. Internship/externship applications may be sent at any time to the same address. Applications should include at least a cover letter, resume, transcripts, and writing sample. Paper applications will not be accepted.
