Access to Courthouses for People with Physical Challenges
- James A. Byrne U.S. Courthouse - Philadelphia, PA: The Market Street entrance is equipped with an elevator that bypasses the steps. The entrance on 6th Street has no steps and provides easy access.
- Edward N. Cahn U.S. Courthouse & Federal Building - Allentown, PA: The Edward N. Cahn Building offers access on the right side of the building on Hamilton Street.
- Reading, PA: The Gateway Building provides access from the Penn Street entrance.

A hearing and/or speech impaired individual equipped with a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) can contact the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Office of the Clerk of Court by calling the General Service Administration's (GSA's) Federal Relay Service (FedRelay) at 1-800-877-8339.
