Requesting a Transcript or Audio Recording

To request a transcript or audio recording of a court proceeding, complete the corresponding form below and email it to the address below using the instructions available on Adobe's website under the heading "Share the document as an email attachment." It is important to follow the instructions to ensure that the Clerk’s Office can complete the form when received via email.

Transcript Fees

28 U.S.C. § 753(f) authorizes district courts to prescribe fees which court reporters may charge and collect for transcripts.

When the order is received, you will be contacted by a Transcript Coordinator with cost information. All payments are due in advance, with the delivery time beginning upon receipt of the full amount.
