Arbitration Trials
As of October 5, 2020, and in order to facilitate the timely, efficient, and cost-effective resolution of cases proceeding by arbitration, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania is conducting arbitration trials by videoconference. Changes that have been put in place were necessitated by the spread of COVID-19 and will continue until further notice. Parties are required to review the contents of this webpage and abide by all procedures outlined in the documents below.
