Judicial Schedule of Trials - Automated System Inquiry (JUST-ASK)
Developed by the Office of the Clerk of Court, the JUST-ASK application provides up-to-date information on the status of trials scheduled in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, free of charge. Events such as verdicts, settlements and continuances constantly change the status of cases on the Court's trial list. JUST-ASK immediately reflects the current trial list as the information becomes available to the Clerk of Court.

All cases presently on trial, scheduled for trial, in the trial pool, and specially listed by the Court are included in the system. JUST-ASK also provides a disposition report of cases previously listed. For user convenience, information contained in the system can be retrieved under various trial lists including:
  • Entire list
  • List of cases by judge names
  • List of cases by dates
  • List of cases by case numbers
  • List of cases by party names
  • List of cases by attorney names
The user chooses the lists which are most convenient and then views or prints them at his/her computer. For example, JUST-ASK allows the user to view and/or print a list of each case in which a specified attorney is involved.
