Microfiche Reports

You can purchase microfiche reports from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Office of the Clerk of Court. The number of pages for each microfiche report generally increases each month. Reports are updated once a month. A given report is valid as of the date on the microfiche heading. To update a previous microfiche report, a new report must be purchased. Microfiche reports can be generated using four (4) different indexes. Criminal - Approximately 5 sheets of film, includes filings from 1964 to the present. Miscellaneous - Approximately 6 sheets of film, includes filings from 1969 to the present. Magistrate - Approximately 5 sheets of film, includes filings from March 1, 1980 to the present. Bankruptcy - Approximately 14 Sheets of film, includes filings from 1972 to September 30, 1979 and 9 sheets of film from June 15, 1986 to the present. JUDGMENT INDEX Approximately 9 sheets of film, includes outstanding judgments as of December 31, 1984 and judgments outstanding and satisfied from January 1, 1985 to July 1, 1990. Two sheets of film with judgments from July 1, 1990 to the present. INDEX OF CIVIL CASES BY NATURE OF SUIT Approximately 14 sheets of film, includes civil cases filed from 1961 to June 30, 1990.
