Because of the inclement weather conditions expected to arrive tonight (Tuesday, February 9, 2010) and continue all day tomorrow, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania will be closed on Wednesday, February 10, 2010.

In the event that weather conditions continue to deteriorate into Thursday, February 11, 2010, an update on the court’s operational status will be provided on the court’s emergency weather telephone line, 1-800-723-6230, Wednesday night and/or Thursday morning.
