PROCEDURE FOR NEW CM/ECF PASSWORDS
Effective January 15, 2012, CM/ECF will require users to create more secure passwords. You will be prompted to change your password which must be at least eight characters long and include both uppercase and lowercase alphabetic characters and at least one digit or special character (for example, 0-9, @, #, $, %).
