Use this email address to file documents by email. The Clerk’s Office is accepting filings via email under limited circumstances, only as permitted by Standing Orders issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The full text of these Standing Orders may be viewed on the Court website at http://www.paed.uscourts.gov/response-to-covid-19. Local rules and procedures requiring attorneys to submit particular types of filing to a designated email address other than PAED_documents@paed.uscourts.gov in lieu of electronic filing via CM/ECF remain in place except as modified by these Standing Orders.

The Clerk’s Office will not accept or docket the documents if they are not sent to PAED_documents@paed.uscourts.gov. It is the attorney’s or unrepresented party’s responsibility to send their documents to the correct email address for filing.
